or a very long time, I was desperately looking for what Scientology has to offer: solutions to the problems of life that enable anyone to improve himself. The writings of L. Ron Hubbard provide answers to basic questions about the real nature of man and effective, practical knowledge which can be used to improve one’s awareness of life.
Before Scientology, I had a lot of preconceived ideas about life. I incorrectly based my judgements of people on things such as their political beliefs. I was very critical of others, but at the same time very touchy personally when people leveled similar criticisms at me. Now, I recognize the value of other people and I know when criticism is justified. I can correct my own mistakes and it is no longer important for me to “be right.” With Scientology, my environment is calmer, my relations with others are calmer and life is much more interesting.
